The heavy duty Vibro-Impact® air hammer is for applications including loosening tight connections on vehicles such as HGVs, agricultural and construction vehicles.
- The high performance airhammer helps to disassemble conical seat connections, wheel bearings, bushes, rusted screw connections etc.
- Assembled above with heavy duty Vibro-Impact chisel (90245100) which is included in the price
- A unique concept to aid the removal of seized suspension parts
- The Vibro-Impact system allows for the controlled application of force via an air powered Impact Hammer
- Allows the operator to control and gradually increase the force being applied, in order to loosen seized components
- Features a built-in shock-absorber in order to minimise risk of damage if too much pressure is accidentally applied. Low vibration for user comfort

Whilst the Vibro-Impact Air Hammer has been designed for use on suspension parts, there are a number of additional applications where its use may prove to be convenient “ e.g. Seized or rusted nuts / bolts on any part of the vehicle.
Optional Accessories
A range of interchangeable Vibro-Impact inserts is available to adapt the hammer for specific tasks. Each insert focuses the tool’s vibration and impact force on a particular component shape, making it easier to release seized or corroded parts in suspension, steering and drivetrain assemblies.
90245100 - Heavy Duty Vibro Impact Chisel (included)
The flat chisel attachment allows vibration and impact force to be applied along an edge to help separate stubborn or seized components. Ideal for breaking corrosion between mating surfaces and assisting with the removal of rusted parts during heavy-duty vehicle and machinery repair.
90245300 - Heavy Duty Vibro Impact Tie Rod Hammer Insert
Specifically shaped to assist with removing seized tie rods and steering components. The insert delivers controlled vibration and impact to the joint, helping to break corrosion and taper fits without damaging surrounding components.
90245500 - Heavy Duty Vibro Impact Hammer Insert
A general-purpose impact insert designed for use with the Heavy Duty Vibro-Impact Air Hammer. The insert transfers the tool’s vibration directly into seized components, helping to break the bond caused by corrosion or tight interference fits. Ideal for freeing stubborn suspension parts, bearings and rusted fasteners where controlled impact force is required.
90245700 - Heavy Duty Vibro Impact Concave Hammer Insert
The concave design allows the insert to sit securely over bolt heads, studs or rounded surfaces. This ensures impact energy is applied evenly and reduces the risk of slipping. Particularly useful when working on bolts, pins and similar fasteners that require a centered striking point.
90245800 - Pointed Chisel for Vibro Impact Air Hammer
The pointed chisel concentrates the tool’s vibration and impact force onto a small area to help break corrosion and loosen seized components. Ideal for starting movement in stubborn pins, bolts and fasteners where precise, controlled impact is required.

The pin hammer insert is designed for driving or loosening stubborn pins and dowels. Its focused striking surface concentrates the air hammer’s impact energy directly onto the pin, helping to release seized or corroded pins commonly found in suspension, steering and chassis assemblies.
